Part Time Opening for Area Sales Manager in Medtronic at Vijayawada
Job Description:
• We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives. The area sales manager’s responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports. You should also be able to develop as well as modify customer frequency plans as needed.
• To be successful as an area sales manager, you should be committed to driving sales and adept at managing a sales team. Ultimately, an outstanding area sales manager should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.
Requirements:
❖ To over achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified regional territory, by promoting CRM products and therapies to doctors/ specialists.
❖ To practice effective account management, KOL management, promote the therapies, maintain product and technical competency and provide market information (MIS) on a timely basis
❖ Responsible for achieving Secondary AOP in terms of product units and revenue
❖ Ensure coverage of all accounts on the basis of customer segmentation within territory in agreement with the manager to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management.
❖ Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities.
❖ Responsible for identifying the customers/doctors and driving customer engagement activities, market development initiatives such as HHFA, Project Engage, Go Direct, KAM & E com . To create awareness about products and therapies
❖ In the catch lab, assist and provide support to doctors on implants
❖ Manage marketing expenses, spend on marketing programs for HCP
