Urgent Hiring For Lab Technician At Jammu and Kashmir

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving & Testing of Raw Materials such as Potato, Flour, Oil, Nuts, Spices & Condiments, etc.

Receiving & Testing of Packaging Materials such as Laminates, Cartons, etc.
Online monitoring (i.e., Production & Packaging).

Sensory and Chemical Testing of Finished Goods such as Salt%, Acidity%, Seasoning Application, Oil content, etc.

Monitoring the products produce for exports and fulfill the requirements of the country.

Water testing (PH, TDS, Hardness).

Dealing with customer complaints and preparation of Corrective Action & Preventive Action Report.

Standardization & preparation of all Chemicals.

Maintained lab documentation, GLP and all process quality control documentation related ISO: 22000, GMP, GHP, PRP, and HACCP.

Testing of RM, PM and FG materials & to minimize floor waste materials and ensure proper inventory control at shop floor.

Coordination with Maintenance department for improving machine availability.

Maintain the hygienic condition of the plant

Required Qualification:

To calibrates / verifies analytical instruments / balance.

Should be ready for 12 hours shift.

Preferably BSC Food Technologist / Bio technologist / PCM.

Salary:

Salary Up to 17K for 8 hours.

Work Location:

Jammu and Kashmir, India.
