Job Description:
- We are looking for a field Executive who is highly motivated and results-driven to join our team. The responsibilities of the field manager include hiring, training, and overseeing our field representatives, supervising our workers on site, and directing operations in the field.
- A successful field manager is an independent thinker with excellent leadership, observational, and analytical skills. Ultimately, a top-notch field manager is goal-oriented and has a strong working knowledge of the fieldwork being performed.
Requirements:
- To ensure the execution of preventive maintenance & break down maintenance as per schedule and checklist.
- To enforce safety rules & regulations in plants.
- To ensure compliance of engineering SOPs and other SOP as per quality system.
- To maintain uninterrupted running of utility equipment.
- To maintain the utility operations in Shift.
- To maintain daily reports & circulate to the inter department.
- To coordinate with internal departments, external agencies and contractors for day to day work.
- To ensure all utility equipment are having equipment ID & calibration tag.
- To repair & maintain the stand by equipment ready.
