Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and versatile technical business analyst to improve our information technology systems. In this role, your duties will include developing software programs to improve our business operations. You may also be required to provide training.
• To ensure success as a technical business analyst, you should demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design. Outstanding technical business analysts combine their IT expertise with in-depth business knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of related project/program management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/product management
• Experience in Six Sigma disciplines would be a plus
• Excellent understanding of one or more lines of business, and previous exposure or experience with multiple benefit products
• Excellent consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
• Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative.
• Experience in demonstrating leadership/influence and collaboration in a matrix-managed environment, and across multiple and diverse groups Bangalore
