Fund Raising Tele Caller Executive Required For Aastha Nishtha Foundation At South Delhi, Delhi, India
Job Description:
Fund raising executive (Experienced) required urgently.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills English and Hindi.
* Ability to empathize and answer potential donor’s queries.
* Ability to build rapport with donors.
* Must be soft spoken having good calling etiquette.
* Must have 6 months to 2 years’ experience in tele calling.
* Candidate with prior Tele calling experience with NGO’s are preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to donors explaining project to generate contribution.
* Maintaining database and keeping track of follow-ups.
* Building rapport with donors for retention.
* Cold callings to generate support for the cause and creating awareness.
Other Details:
* Working hours – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
* Working Days – Monday to Saturday
* Paid Leaves, Incentive, Internal Promotion, Annual increment-performance based.
