Successful candidate will oversee the company’s entire regional business activities and sales team observable growth as measured with KPIs; coach, motivate, coordinate, and provide leadership for the sales team to achieve the prerequisite growth in prescriptions, sales & other regional marketing targets.

With business operations across the country, our client seeks to recruit individuals with like mind and irrefutable passion for pharmaceutical sales to be a key part of their successful organization in the following job role.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiology or Biochemistry. A MBA degree may be an advantage.
Cognate managerial experience of at least 4 years in Area Sales or Regional Sales Management of pharmaceuticals sales team.
Extensive knowledge of the regional business terrain especially institutional and private hospital business of the region.
Remarkable man-management, leadership, relationship, negotiation & deal-closing skills.
Ability to develop & implement workable business plan in each territory through team member.
South-South & South-East Region (Port Harcourt is the regional base).
Lagos Region (Lagos is the regional base).
North-Central Region (Abuja is the regional base).
South-West Region (Ibadan is the regional base).
