Role Overview:

As a Marketplace Executive, you will oversee marketplace operations, manage product listings, and drive digital campaigns to enhance sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings and campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, TataCliq, and more.
• Monitor and analyze product performance on a particular marketplace, keywords analysis, rankings, and ratings and provide recommendations to enhance reviews and rankings, and understand and implement SEO best practices.
• Optimize marketplace performance to increase sales by analysing traffic and sales data.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate shipments to fulfilment centres.
• Track performance metrics and align with sales targets.
• Provide actionable insights to boost customer engagement and growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Managing Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SEO and analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
