2. Should well versed in dealing with US Citizens, GC holders, H1B, TN and EAD holders.
3. Should have great command on job boards like (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Techfetch etc).
4. Should have strong skills and experience in screening & short listing of profiles through job portals and able to find the suitable candidates.
5. Should have thorough knowledge about US tax terms and VISA.
6. Must be able to communicate clearly with candidates and explain the job requirements.
7. Excellent communication skills written and verbal both.
8. Excellent coordination and follow up skills.
9. Must be graduate with a Degree or Certification in Computers.
10. Should be active on professional networking sites like (LinkedIn, Indeed).
