Requirements:
* A Bachelor Degree or HND with demonstrable skills for the above responsibilities.
* Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in Database Administration.
* Knowledge of Customer Care protocols.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Administrative support liaison between the impact cell group coordinator and the Summit Bible Church Office.
* Input guests and new member information into a database.
* Produce monthly reports on inactive members.
* Maintain and update all membership files.
* Generate reports, as needed, for mass mailings, email blasts, impact meetings, etc.
Other details:
* Must be a team player, promoting unity for the overall direction of the team and the ministry.
* Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Breach of confidentiality (whether personal or church-related) is a ground for immediate dismissal and removal from ministry position.
* Must exhibit personal discretion concerning information shared in the normal flow of church interactions, whether by leaders, staff or members.
* Professional and mature interpersonal skills.
