Job Description:

Responsible for deploying and launching product/CRs at the customer environment.

To be the single technical point of contact to deliver a solution to a customer and manage support issues.

Single point of contact for all verbal and formal communication with the customer for implementation and support activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Testing all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, regression and service.

Setting up of test environments, developing test cases/scenarios/use cases, and executing these cases.

Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people.

Experience in Unix is an advantage.

Required Qualification:

• BE / B.Tech (CSE, EEE, ECE, IS/IT)
  
• Good analytic and logical reasoning skills.
  
• Sound knowledge on RDBMS concepts and queries.
  
• Sound understanding of at least one programming language and ability to understand/write programs.
  
• Sound understanding of software development cycle and methodologies.
  
• Well established communication (verbal/written),presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience in Unix/Shell scripting is an added advantage.

Salary:

5,00,000 Per Year. For freshers: first six month salary may be low.

Work Location:

HRBR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
