Online Data Entry Operator – Needed At One Serve Legal LLC At Florida, USA
Job Description & Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for successfully carrying out data entry and other administration tasks as needed by leadership.
Entering data (from legal documents) into appropriate fields onto a web-based portal.
You will need to combine documents using Abode (which we will supply for you) and upload the combined document into the web-based portal.
Help assign cases to the appropriate process server/contractor – you will retrieve the name from our master spreadsheet and enter the name into the “job”. When no name is available you will need to inform leadership so that we can work on a resolution.
Help organizing spreadsheets – by entering data when needed.
Updating the status of assignments in our database as new information becomes available – the goal is to help us complete the life cycle of a “job”. Your role will be an integral part of the overall process. In order to update the status of an assignment, you will need to be able to review the assignment, understand the flow (which we will teach you) of what is supposed to happen and change the status (by click a button) as information arises!
This is a FULL time Position ONLY and Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday.
Some times, over-time will be needed and you will be compensated for your over-time work.

Required Qualification:
Must have a computer and access to the internet.
Access to google sheet and google docs.
Be able to download Adobe on your personal computer.
Any Graduate in Any Specialization can apply.
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understands data confidentiality principles and follows to the letter.
