Requirements:
* Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements.
* Help team members in sourcing hard to find skilled candidates.
* Should have excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
* Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volumes basis.
* Require active co-ordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management.
* Proactively source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Should be a recent Graduate – 2020/2021 passout.
* Eager to learn Recruiting process & be proactive.
* Working experience with any corporate sector is a Plus.
* Meeting targets and SLAs on daily/weekly/quarterly basis.

* All you need is a good Laptop & Broadband to start!
