Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensures timely recording of all accounting transactions.

Ensures proper implementation of accounting policies, procedures and system related.

Obtains and maintains a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.


Carries out financial auditing procedures.

Ensures accuracy and on-time submission of daily and monthly accounting reports.

Processes and reviews project related disbursements.

Prepares and analyzes project profitability report.

Management of customer billing transactions and analytics for project related revenues.

Handling of accounting for project inventories and fixed assets.

Implementation of project accounting operations and controls.

Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Required Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.

At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance – General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.

With at least 10 years Managerial experience in general accounting for construction industry.

Experience with accounting software.

Superior data management and data analysis skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Advanced knowledge in MS Office application.

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Strong personality
