Urgent Require For Operations Officer At MUFG Bank, Ltd In Makati, Philippines
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Manager and or Department Head in managing, coordinating and supervising daily operations of the unit. Covers Outgoing & Incoming remittances, Charge OUR, and delinquent transactions.
* Verifies routine vouchers, input monitors, and reports prepared by department staff.
* Approves all authorized payments/receipts and routine cable messages.
* Ensures proper safekeeping of important documents and articles maintained by the department.
* Ensures collaboration with outsourcer units, Head office and relevant counterparts.
* Ensures proper control and verification of pending items.
* Ensures compliance to Head Office and relevant regulations.
* Implements departmental plans and priorities set by the DH for the department.
* Acts on behalf of the Department Head and other officers within the department during their absence except those authorities covered by specific Letter of Delegation of Authority.
* Performs other tasks that supervising officer may assign from time to time.
* Perform ad-hoc assignment and back up to promote cross- sectorial Gobal Services Operations.
