Job Description:
- Resource Coordinators oversee the needs of the programs or projects of the organization. They may manage resources such as funds, in-kind donations, volunteers, or employees.
- They ensure that the budget is properly allocated and administered. They prepare reports and analyze the utilization of funds.
- Prepare logs of all service start ups and maintain track of all job systems and generate various reports. Evaluate all resources prior to all meetings and prepare documents for the same and assist to obtain all approvals and record commend from various departments and prepare layout for the same.
Requirements:
- Provide input to management related to deployment, demand, capacity and utilization obstacles.
- Coordinate with resource management to attain maximum utilization of deployable field service operations resources.
- Implement and make recommendations to improve methodologies, core competencies and processes for the service desk to ensure stable and quality product & service delivery consistent with company objectives and client expectations.
- Actively and consistently recommend and support all efforts to improve, simplify, automate and enhance day-to-day service delivery operations and the client experience.
