Opening for Brand Manager in Cipla Health at Mumbai (All Areas)
Job Description:
- We are looking for a Brand manager to lead our Brand team. You will take ownership of all matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
- To perform well in this role you should have experience as a Brand manager, or other senior roles in the team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Requirements:
- End to end Brand Management for one or more brands. Responsible for topline, bottom line, market share of the brand(s)
- Key responsibilities include Brand P&L Management, New Product Development, and Communication development, and Packaging development, media deployment, driving consumer research and working with key stakeholders to drive execution of Marketing Plans. Responsible for BTL & ATL activation and spends.
- Conceptualization & Execution of Campaigns
- Work closely with creative agency partners on development of the core brand messaging and then building the brand communication delivering on brand objectives and adhering to core brand ethos.
- New Product / Category Development: Evaluating various opportunity spaces through primary and secondary research, category trends, etc. Identifying the size of prize, right to win and building a business case.
