Job Description / Responsibility:
1. Managing Desk Office /accounts manager
2. Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & other queries
3. Manage all Customers and other correspondence.
4. Receive & dispatch all documents and give due entry into the register.
5. Ensure timely delivery of messages to the concern person.
6. Maintain official records as per the policy.
6. Maintain close liaison with other units of the Group.
7. Provide administrative support.
8. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
9. Any other task if any assigned by supervisor or Management
10. Control, coordinate and motivate the marketing team.
11. Develop company business policy.
Job Nature: Full-time/part time
Educational Requirements:
Minimum: SSC/ HSC/ Bachelor Degree in any discipline/Diploma also running student can apply.
